How can I reach you to set up an appointment?
Please call me at 310.493.9714 or send an email to lmosstherapy@gmail.com and let me know your availability.
What happens next?
You and I will talk on the phone and discuss appointment times and fees. If you like, you can also give me a brief overview of your reasons for seeking therapy, and you are welcome to ask any questions. Some people prefer to wait until the first session to talk personally. Either way is fine. Please arrive 10 minutes early to the first session so you can fill out forms about confidentiality and informed consent.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. I will provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit for reimbursement. You may want to contact your insurance company to see what benefits you receive for psychotherapy.
What if I have to cancel or change an appointment?
Please let me know at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Recognizing that many people are quite busy, I try to be as flexible as I can in working with your schedule.
